Coach Baron is a business and strategy game where you climb from the bottom rung of a bus terminal to running an intercity coach company. On your first trips you are a steward: quick tasks such as ticket checks, luggage loading, onboard service and rest-stop roll calls teach you the job and earn your pay and bonus. After the licence course you become a driver; you pick a driving mode, react fast to roadworks, fog or a passenger feeling unwell, and collect bonuses for arriving on time and saving fuel. Your savings become the down payment on a used coach, a coach loan covers the rest, and your own company is born. From then on you open routes on a map of Türkiye between Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Eskisehir, Konya, Antalya, Samsun, Adana and Trabzon, set the ticket price on each route and assign your coaches and drivers. Load factors depend on price, reputation, comfort, your service standard, departure time (morning and evening trips fill up best), season, weekday and weekend demand and how many trips rival firms run. You can leave departure times on auto or set them yourself, and add a separate weekend fare. Price-breaker, premium, fast-growing, local and opportunist rivals act on their own capital. You lease terminal offices through sealed-bid tenders for 21-35 day contracts or buy an office outright and win extra ones by tender; take fixed or floating-rate bank loans, open term deposits and look after your credit score. Breakdowns make you choose between a spare coach, roadside help or cancelling. Higher levels unlock owner-operators, fuel stations (wholesale buying, stock, cheap fuel for your fleet, sales to the public and rivals), chargers and solar panels, a service garage with technicians, a used-coach gallery, rest areas with add-ons and international routes to Sofia, Thessaloniki and Tbilisi. Shady offers turn up now and then; they look tempting, but if they come out they bring investigations, fines and lost reputation. At higher levels you can also choose dark moves such as intimidating a rival, price fixing or luring their drivers; these usually come out and end in heavy fines, tender bans, drivers quitting and the rival striking back. You can buy out rival firms, launch a loyalty card or fit Wi-Fi and seat screens; once you are the Coach Baron you can hand the company to a holding and start a new era with a lasting bonus. All companies, people and coach classes in the game are fictional.
Are the rival coach firms real players?
No. Orange Hedgehog, Purple Gull Deluxe, Grey Bison Express, Green Dove and Navy Dolphin are fictional, computer-run firms; they make price, trip and tender decisions based on their own capital.
What happens to my company when I leave?
Your company stays saved on this device in the browser’s local storage. The game clock only runs while you play; an unfinished day restarts from 05:00 when you return.
Is there real money or ads?
No. All money, loans and coaches exist only in the game; there are no purchases, ads or accounts; your progress is kept only on this device.

Data controller: Bilgin Boğaçhan Ceylan (private individual). YOZGAMES (yozgames.com) is a personal project run by him; there is no company behind it. Contact and requests: iletisim@yozgames.com. A postal address for written requests is provided on request by e-mail. This notice is prepared under art. 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
In short: There are no accounts; we do not ask for your name, e-mail or phone number. There are no ads or payments; YOZGAMES uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider Cloudflare may place a cookie in your browser for security purposes (details in the Privacy Notice). By default your game data stays only on your own device (in your browser's local storage). Only anonymous usage statistics are sent to the server; if you use a progress transfer code or play online, the processing in the table below also applies.
| Feature | Data processed | Purpose | Legal basis | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stored on your device (default) | High scores, level stars, badges, your settings, daily quest streak, saved outfits and room designs, the ghost recording of your best run in the racing game, unfinished sudoku and solitaire games, your Yellow Fleet company save, your Coach Baron company save, recently played games, games you marked as favorites, first-visit-of-the-day date marker, your total visit count and the date you dismissed the add-to-home-screen suggestion, a randomly generated device key and your list-generated nickname for the daily leaderboard. A temporary marker that the share tip was shown is also kept for the browser session (cleared when the tab closes). No cookies are used for this data | Running the games and remembering your progress | Not sent to the server (unless you create a progress transfer code) | Until you delete it (cleared with your browser data) |
| Daily leaderboard (Sudoku, Silhouette and Solitaire daily modes) | A nickname generated from fixed word lists (e.g. “Purple Turtle 7”), the day’s score and a randomly generated ranking key created on your device. No name, e-mail or free text is collected; the nickname does not reveal identity. A salted digest of the IP address is kept only in server memory for rate limiting and is never written to disk | Showing the day’s score ranking in the daily puzzles | Legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f): identity-free and an expected feature of the game | At most 2 days (today and yesterday), then deleted automatically and permanently |
| Anonymous usage statistics | Path of the page viewed (without the query string), device type (mobile/tablet/desktop), only the domain of the site you came from, a "first visit of the day" flag, game events (game opened, active play time, first goal reached, played again, came back the next day or within 2–7 days, score card shared, add-to-home-screen accepted/declined, online match played), JavaScript error messages (addresses removed, at most 80 characters). No IP address, cookie or user ID is used | Improving the site and the games, finding bugs | Legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f) | Only as daily totals, at most 90 days |
| Daily quest counter | Only the number of people who completed the quest that day. To count each device once a day, a salted hash of the IP address is used | Showing how many people completed today's quest | Legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f) | Count at most 90 days; the IP hash is kept only in server memory and never written to disk |
| Progress transfer code (optional, started by you) | A copy of your on-device progress (high scores, level stars, badges, saved outfits and room designs, quest streak, the list of games you played, your game settings and total visit count); it contains no name or nickname. To prevent codes being guessed, a salted hash of the IP address is kept briefly, only in memory | Moving your progress to another device | Providing the service you requested (art. 5/2-c) | At most 7 days; deleted immediately when the code is first used |
| Online games (Lokma arena; 2-player duels in Head Derby and Cannon Duel) | Game inputs and positions (moves, ball/shell position, score), a random room code for duels. You do not type a name; Lokma gives you a random player name. There is no chat or messaging | Relaying the game between players in real time | Providing the service you requested (art. 5/2-c) | Not stored; held in memory only while the game runs |
| Hosting and security (Cloudflare) | IP address, browser and request details — technically processed to deliver pages, as on any website. A Cloudflare bot-protection script may run on pages for security; as part of it Cloudflare may place a security cookie in your browser (cf_clearance; its lifetime is set by Cloudflare, currently up to 1 year). YOZGAMES does not read this cookie or use it for tracking or advertising | Serving the pages, protecting the site against attacks | Legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f) | Per Cloudflare's own retention periods |
| Contact and requests by e-mail | Your e-mail address and what you write | Only to answer you | Legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f) | As long as needed; at most 1 year after the matter is closed |
About the statistics counter: Our own counter does not use or store your IP address, and uses no cookie or user ID. The data is sent with the browser's background-send feature (sendBeacon) and kept on the server only as daily totals. So that you are not counted as a "first visit" twice on the same day, a marker containing only the date is stored on your device.
Score sharing and saving pictures: The "Share" button creates the score card in your browser and hands it to your device's share menu; in Room Order, "📷 Save" (and "📷 Picture" in Outfit Workshop) creates the room or outfit picture in your browser and downloads it to your device. No image or personal data is sent to us, and there is no public gallery. The target score in a shared link is shown only in the browser of whoever opens it. Game music and sound effects are generated on your device.
Recipients and international transfer: The site runs on Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) infrastructure for hosting, content delivery, security and server processing. The server data above may therefore also be processed in Cloudflare data centres outside Turkey; Cloudflare acts as a data processor for these services. This transfer falls under KVKK art. 9; write to iletisim@yozgames.com for information on the basis of the transfer. Data is not sold or used for advertising and, apart from the service provider named above, is not shared with third parties, except where required by law (e.g. requests from competent authorities).
Your rights (KVKK art. 11): to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose; to know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or wrong; to request deletion or destruction; to request that corrections and deletions be notified to those third parties; to object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
How to make a request: Send an e-mail to iletisim@yozgames.com. A postal address for written requests is provided on request by e-mail. Under the Turkish Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, a request must include your name and surname, Turkish ID number (or, for foreigners, nationality and passport/ID number), an address for notifications, your e-mail and phone if any, and the subject of the request. Requests are concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge as a rule. No records linked to you are kept on the server; you can delete the game data on your device yourself by clearing your browser data. If you are not satisfied with the answer you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
Children and parents (short and simple): There are no accounts, names, chat, messaging or ads on the site. The site does not ask children for any personal information. Online opponents get random names. Never share your progress transfer code. Parents can write to iletisim@yozgames.com with any questions.
